Four new Directors are elected each December to serve a three-year term. Four officers of the Exchange Club serve Ex Officio (marked *) on the Fair Board for one-year terms. 

Georgia State Fair presents $16,697 check to City of Macon

The Georgia State Fair pays the City of Macon 25% of its net profits each year for the use of historic Central City Park. Payment for the 2006 Fair was presented at the February 8th meeting of the Exchange Club of Macon, owner and operator of the Fair. These payments go for improvements and maintenance of Central City Park.
